Refer your family and friends and earn up to $500*
If you have a friend or family member who wants to participate in one of our studies, you can add them here. When he or she qualifies, you may be eligible for a referral bonus of up to $500*.

ICON Referral Program Guidelines:

Receive compensation for telling others about clinical research opportunities at ICON.

Program availability: This program is offered only for select studies. Not all clinical trials are eligible for referral compensation. Eligibility is confirmed in study-specific recruitment materials or by the study team.

Who Can Refer

Anyone can refer a participant to a study. You do not need to be a study participant yourself, and there is no limit to the number of first-time participants you may refer.

If you have their agreement to share their details with ICON, please provide the first and last name of the person you are referring to ICON.

If you were referred for a study offering a referral bonus, and you notate the referring person, that person may incidentally receive enrollment information about you as referral payment is based on dosing study treatment in the eligible study. The person who referred you may receive a bonus if you enroll in a qualifying study.

Referral Fee

You may receive a referral bonus for each new, first-time participant you refer, who qualifies for and doses in a referral eligible study.

Dosing means the participant qualified for the study and received the study treatment. If your referral does not receive study treatment you will not be eligible for the study referral bonus.

Steps to Get Paid

All three steps below are required:

  • The referred participant must state your name during their phone pre-screening.
  • When required, the referred participant must complete a referral card at the screening visit again listing your name as the referrer, and the referral is logged in the system.
  • The referred participant must dose in the qualifying study within 12 months of the referral date.

Payment

Payment is issued within 4 weeks after the referred participant doses in the qualified study.
